Medical, explosion-proof foot switch constucted of nonsparking cast aluminum housing attached to an aluminum baseplate with nonskid conductive rubber base pad. Explosion-Proof 600

Medical Explosion-Proof foot switch series 600 is a UL-listed construction that allows the addition of sealing O-rings on the pivot rod and between the base & cover. This is accomplished by increasing the thickness of the housing wall, without negating the integrity of the metal-to-metal contact required to qualify as explosion-proof. Offered in single or two-pedal versions. This switch is explosion-proof to CLASS I, DIVISION I, GROUP C & D and CLASS I, ZONE I, GROUP IIA & IIB. In addtion this model is waterproof to IEC 60601-2-2 and EN 60529 Degree of Protection IP68. Custom modifications and color available on special order. Stainless-Steel guarded triple switch. Dual-function and custom triple-function, rocker-action foot switch available in single and multiple-pedal variations. Mechanical interlock prevents both circuits from being operated at the same time. All wiring connections are made internally so only a single cord must be brought out of the switch, eliminating costly wire harness assemblies. Deluxe II

The Deluxe II is a multi-pedal foot switch that should be considered when function, good looks and economy are required. It incorporates a unique building block approach that allows the use of upto four basic SPDT snap switches. The cover is molded in medium gray high-impact compound and tapers close to the floor in the front with a full five inches between the side treadle bars. The side treadle bars and base are die cast metal with nonskid feet.
SPECIAL VARIATIONS are available to the O.E.M. Special modifications include custom cordsets, nameplates, two stage operation, non operative cover, special circuits and a special translucent molded vinyl cover for added environmental protection against limited amounts of water and dirt. Treadlite II [Top]
The handsome steel housing, painted black or stainless steel, is equipped with nonskid base pad and foot treadle pad. The low profile and light pressure required to operate reduces operator fatigue. The Maintained Contact version incorporates a positive, over-center, rocker-type action. Available in single or multiple-pedal variations. Standard model is a formed steel housing or the waterproof version, meets EN 60529 Degree of Protection IP68, with stainless steel housing. [Product Information]

Hercules Potentiometer

This switch is designed for use with variable-speed motor drives and is available in selected 2-watt linear values. Specify the maximum resistance you want. Depressing the treadle rotates the potentiometer from zero to the maximum resistance. The treadle is spring loaded and returns to the normal position when the foot pressure is removed. A SPDT auxiliary switch contact rated at 15 Amps 125-250 VAC can be added to the control. On special order up to 3 SPDT switches can be added and adjusted for operation at any point of the treadle stroke. NEMA Type 1, 2, 4 and 13. Lektro-Lok

Constucted of steel and painted black. This foot switch is incorporates a Mechanical Interlock - preventing both circuits from being operated at the same time. The Lektro-Lok operates on the teeter-totter principle. Pressure on one side opens or closes line, release of pressure returns switch to normal off position. Pressure on other side opens or closes circuit, independent of first. Both switches can be wired normally open or normally closed. All wiring connections are made internally with only a single cord being brought out. EN 60529 Degree of Protection IP20 is provided by this switch. [Product Information]
